I'm a User Experience researcher and designer at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I have a passion to innovate and create so that big world issues are resolved and everyday life is more enjoyable.
I was born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina. I filled my days running all over the soccer field, and then going home and bedazzling whatever I could get my hands on. I've always been one to work creatively; I transformed cereal boxes into pencil cases and sold them at middle school, marketed my braiding skills as a pre-game styling service, and pulled off a jean jacket painting business as my part-time job in eighth grade.
A couple of decades later, I'm still pursuing the same creative energy. I completed an entirely dual-enrolled high school career at the University of South Carolina. Now privileged to attend SCAD, I am creating work in an incredibly diverse and cutting-edge environment. I am working towards my User Experience Design degree, with a business minor, and a focus on e-commerce retailing. I've also found a niche in UX Writing, as I am a writing tutor for SCAD. Aspiring to work in the online fashion industry, I love to use design as a tool to improve the shopping experience.
